Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product, you may exchange for a product of equal value. The exceptions to this are: Our fur lingerie. There are no exchanges or returns on any fur lingerie orders for obvious reasons. On all hat orders you may exchange a hat for a different size if needed. On a special custom hat order per your request, no exchanges or refunds. On all our coat and vest orders, no exchanges or refunds, but we offer one alteration, if needed at no charge. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. On our fur blanket orders no exchanges or refunds due to the high labor and fur costs involved with these orders. We hope you feel these policies are fair for both parties involved.
